For the second Fitness Through Australian Football session, the Minnesota Freeze Women's team will be hosting a session at Crossfit in Edina.

For this event we will be going to a Crossfit gym in Edina to work out with one of the trainers there. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics. We will all be doing the same workout but it will be scaled based on individual ability.

The building is easy to miss so make sure once you are on Bush Lake Road you look for the building on the right with the sign that says either Crossfit Minnesota or Revolution Jiu-Jit Su. I will check the next time I go and update with the correct language for the sign.

Please wear typical workout clothes, tennis shoes and water. You will not need anything special for this workout. All of the equipment will be provided. If you want to learn more about Crossfit in general just check out www.crossfit.com.
