Results

Minnesota and Milwaukee were meeting up for the third time in 2010.  The first meetup was an preseason match in Des Moines and then a home match for the Freeze.  Milwaukee travelled lightly on both occassions.  The visiting Minnesota team knew they would be facing a different club at Brown Deer Park.  Minnesota travelled well with 21 players.  They needed new recruits to step up and replace key veterans that were unable to make the trip down I-94.

Minnesota got the first major of the game fairly early in the first quarter.  Their running style of play gave them ample opportunities to score .  Milwaukee was able to control play for periods of the game.  The Minnesota back line was able to apply pressure and kept the home team from consistently converting their opportunities into points.  By kicking fairly straight, Minnesota was able to finish up with a 9 goal victory on the road.
