To The Land Down Under Quilt

This original, beautifully crafted, queen size quilt displays many iconic images of Australian culture. Made entirely of batiks, the images feature aboriginal art done in silhouette. The quilting in each row depicts either the waves of the sea or the grasses of the outback, while the borders are quilted with leaves of the eucalyptus tree.

Four MN Freeze players and one coach have been selected to represent the United States as part of the US Revolution, the Australian Rules Football National Team, when they play in the 2008 International Cup in Australia. As unpaid athletes, they must fund this trip on their own. The proceeds from this raffle will assist in paying for this trip.
